H&D Sunday XI July Results

Sunday Cricket continues to struggle and trying to balance sides for a close game still remains a great balancing act for the skippers. Yet Fraser in his first season as H&D Sunday skipper is doing a great job though the gaps in the scores in July doesnt reflect that.

Touring sides are even harder to balance the sides but Earlstoke came to us having beaten Merv Hughes aussie touring side and a win on the Island. However we sent them back to Wiltshire upset with the result.  

Newport Gents filled a cancellation by Verwood and were chuffed to get us back for a win earlier in the season. Phoenix beat us by 10 wkts a few seasons ago ~ this time round revenge for us. Funny old game.
