H&D 2s enjoyed themselves at Hursley with a 13 run win over IBM. Alex Nicholas dropped by the 1s top scored with 63* whilst Jonjo Stovell 48 & two other 1st team rejects Dan Taylor 43 & Aaron Oliver 40 staked strong claims for recalls.

Hythe finished on 239-6. The score was reduced after showers to 193-7 off 32. IBM took it close after taking Jackson's 2 overs to the cleaners (34) but Gary Dyer 1-25 off 7 proved the most economical of the Hythe bowlers & Noah Vaughan picked up 2-38.
